JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueille. La requête visant à interdire au Registraire de prendre part aux décisions relatives à la demande d’autorisation d’appel est rejetée.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéro 500-09-026693-176, 2017 QCCA 680, daté du 24 avril 2017, est rejetée sans dépens.

 

JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The motion to prohibit the Registrar from taking part in decisions with respect to the application for leave to appeal is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500-09-026693-176, 2017 QCCA 680, dated April 24, 2017, is dismissed without costs.
