The motion to join two Federal Court of Appeal files in a single application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Numbers A-282-18 and A-283-18, 2021 FCA 52, dated March 11, 2021, is dismissed with costs.
