JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-427-09, 2010 FCA 131, dated May 25, 2010, is dismissed with costs to the Attorney General of Canada.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accordée.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-427-09, 2010 CAF 131, daté du 25 mai 2010, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur de l’intimé le Procureur général du Canada.
