JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba, Number AI 11-30-07550, dated May 5, 2011, is dismissed with costs to the respondent Winnipeg Housing Rehabilitation Corporation. That respondent’s request for costs on a solicitor-client basis is denied.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Manitoba, numéro AI 11-30-07550, daté du 5 mai 2011, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur de l’intimée Winnipeg Housing Rehabilitation Corporation.
