JUDGMENT The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to cross-appeal is granted. The application for leave to cross-appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Numbers CA037090 and CA037107, 2011 BCCA 192, dated April 14, 2011 is granted with costs in the cause.		JUGEMENT La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel incident est accueillie. La demande d’autorisation d’appel incident de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéros CA037090 et CA037107, 2011 BCCA 192, daté du 14 avril 2011, est accueillie avec dépens suivant l’issue de la cause.
