The applications for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1201-0338-AC, 2013 ABCA 279, dated August 6, 2013, are dismissed with costs. The application for leave to cross-appeal is dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT
