| JUDGMENT The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is dismissed with costs to the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario, the Crown Attorney Toronto Region, the London Police Services Board, the Toronto Police Service, Detective Greig, Police Constable Somers and Detective McDonald. Had the Court considered it, the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number M39011, dated August 24, 2010, would have been quashed for want of jurisdiction. |
