JUDGMENT

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the applications for leave to appeal in 36661 and 36662 is granted.  The motion to join the applications for leave to appeal is granted and the applications shall be joined under 36661. The application for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick, Number 68-14-CA, 2015 NBCA 59, and Number 97-14-CA, 2015 NBCA 60, dated October 1, 2015, is dismissed, without costs.

JUGEMENT
