The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the reply to the application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Manitoba, Number AI16-30-08530, 2016 MBCA 65, dated June 14, 2016, is dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT
